This is Richie, he has been stolen yesterday from backyard of our house. He just goes up and down the perch or door but can never jump or fly. he is too loud and expressive.only eats his favorite food. He has quite South African accent likes to say ayee alot. Hello love you.
Atm he is moulting as well so small feather are showing up on his head.
Please look out for him, we have also reported in all shops as well.

He has PBFD and he cant be around other birds. He is healthy but he can infect other birds.

A miracle happened for this street boy, who came in midnight around 2 am when we are usually closed but fortunately we had another emergency that day.

The people who rescued him said if we dont take him they will leave him beside some tree. They are just helping by picking and bringing it over. There is nothing we could say at that time as we knew the whole market is closed. They will leave him on rad again.
He was stray but so calm and expecting the help. The injury was fresh so immediate attention would help the wound recovery rather than delayed infection and necrosis.
The next thing he was on surgery table and somehow we got the tissue back in place. He had lower mandibular fracture for which wiring was down to reduce down the fracture. And the lucky was eating next day. As off today he got neutered and his ear was tipped. He will stay along all other outdoor cats of Paws and claws. Obviously we are bound with finances as most of we do it rescue cases, which are non profit cases.

We have already few rescuer actively doing TNR. Please donate towards his case. It allows us to help many strays in need. And if you think that you can give him a home also let us know. We have many kitties and cats waiting for forever home. Visit us anytime between 11 to 7 to meet them and give them a chance for home.
