DON’T JAM YOUR CREATIVE MECHANISM
I did realized by giving polo lessons, that some beginners players are awkward in game situations simply because they are too consciously concerned and anxious to do the right thing or to hit the perfect shot. They are painfullly conscious about every move they make. Every action is though-out.
Of course technique is important, I am not saying it’s not, but give yourself the chance to let go your own creative mechanism, stop trying to look for the perfect shot or the perfect positions, let’s be more spontaneous and yourself to find out your own style. We train people in 60 minutes or less how to elevate their general emotional set point. We use leading techniques tested, tuned and perfected. They don’t just work, they revolutionise.
As the player feels good, his energy is positively transmitted to the horse (creating a feeling of calm and the animal then responding in a natural way instead of fear and stiffening up). The rider is then riding from FLOW. (all top athletes perform in flow).
Results after coaching:
• A significant increase in energy
• A feeling of lightness in the body and deep calm ( you may eliminate ALL joint stiffness and have that feather like feeling. Negative emotions express inside the body until released, positive express out.
• A feeling of joy and satisfaction daily and all the time!
• Elimination of fear worry doubt stress. (We teach players how to understand what these emotions are actually telling you and how to uplift).
• Improved relationships with all people in your polo team (as you increase energy, players respond positively to you on a sub conscious level)

The idea is to set players with a toolbox and teach them leading edge techniques that not only transform their skills on the polo field, and their connection to the horses, it will also elevate their wellbeing and success back home immediately.
(most people go to a coach and it will take weeks, months, to change, we have condensed powerful tools that have instant success).
Why emotion?
Emotion awareness is KING and indicates if a player is ‘connected’ or ‘disconnected’. Connected is like driving well a fast car because you understand the inside. For people in negative emotion, it is not them driving the car but the car is driving them (the masses).
