There are things we carry with us, even when we live far away.
The Bosnian Mountain Horse is one of them.
An indigenous breed from Bosnia and Herzegovina, largely unknown beyond its borders, and today seriously endangered. A few years ago, I decided not to leave this breed only in stories about its origin, but to create real, stable living conditions for its future.
Today, 15 Bosnian Mountain Horses live in Austria as part of an existing project with a clear structure and functioning.
This is not a symbolic gesture toward "roots" but daily care, real costs, and long-term responsibility.
The horses we brought from Bosnia are part of breeding, but also part of working with people through Horse-to-Human – a holistic concept and methodology I developed out of deep connection, care, and responsibility toward the Bosnian Mountain Horse.
People come, get to know the breed, and spend time with the horses, and in that encounter, something happens that cannot be forced or planned.
From this work, programs such as Leadership Mapping and Live with Ease emerged, using the presence of horses as a natural framework for clarity, focus, and connection with oneself.
A vital part of the project is the programs for kids, developed in cooperation with Volkshilfe Wien for schools in Vienna and for the Bosnian school Mostovi
Through concrete activities with horses, kids learn about relationships, attention, and respect for animals and for themselves.
To ensure continuity, I launched a GoFundMe campaign and prepared a fundraising document that clearly outlines the project's structure, purpose, and long-term framework. Donations are used exclusively for the horses and the stud's maintenance.
This project is not tied to where you live, but to the sense that something valuable should not disappear simply because it is quiet and modest.

Support does not have to be large to be meaningful. What matters is that it comes from sincere intention.
With presence,
