Our dedicated team is here to assist you with replacing your product. When contacting us, please provide details about the product variant, bag size, and best before date for a smoother resolution.

As a further safety precaution, we are actively collaborating with our retail partners to ensure that any affected bags are removed from sale. This collaborative effort underscores our commitment to providing the highest quality dry dog food in Australia.

Just a little goes a long way

Meet Junior.
Junior came into care after being handed in as a stray when he was hit by a car. Thankfully he walked away from this with just a limp. However even with rest, his limp has not gone away and he has a leg fracture. We do not know the extent of this until he sees a specialist surgeon tomorrow, but we do know we are looking at a costly surgery. We are so thankful to our amazing vets that support us however they too have costs to cover. We have been hit really hard lately with vet costs especially after our beloved Brutus underwent his fracture repair. However now we need to help Junior. We currently do not even have a deposit for surgery and it needs to happen now. We just want to be able to give this beautiful puppy the best chance we can and help him grow into a healthy boy without any pain. If you can spare anything at all to help us tomorrow we would forever be grateful. Times are really tough for everyone right now and sadly we are not government funded and heavily rely on donations in order to save babies like Junior. Any donation over $2 is tax deductible and we can issue you a receipt upon request.

Two Deaths this week!!!

I don't know how much more we can keep advising people to get your pets on tick prevention, but we will keep plugging this weekly, or daily if we have to.
It's not our place to tell you 'where' to buy the tick prevention or how much you spend on the product, we can just advise you to buy it and save your pets life.
However, we do carry a good range of products in the clinic. Please see our lovely reception for advise.

So far this week we have had five dogs in our hospital with paralysis ticks, two of these did not survive unfortunately.

If you notice any of the following symptoms, please phone or come straight into your vet, DO NOT wait over night or until Monday if you notice symptoms over the weekend! These little critters are fatal.

Loss of coordination in the back legs (wobbliness), which may progress to include the front legs. ...
Difficulty standing.
Difficulty sitting.
Unable to move or rise from a lying position.
Laboured or rapid breathing, grunting noises and/or abdominal heaving.
Change or loss of bark.
Coughing.
Our vets are on call 24/7 for your pets.
