GROOMING SERVICES
All of our grooming services are charged dependent on the size and condition of your dogs fur. Wash, dry and nail trims are included in all of our services. If you are 15 minutes past your appointment time, we will only be able to do a wash & tidy or alternatively we can r

eschedule you to our next available appointment. We take pride in being 100% force-free, due to this we do not take on dogs that are older than 14, show signs of aggression, biting or excessive pulling, tugging and sitting. Likewise we also do not groom dogs who are matted beyond a certain point. We have chosen to do this to ensure all of your fur babies safety. We believe the appropriate facilities should be used when dogs are in these conditions. Dog grooming is a delicate procedure and hazards can occur, so when new or existing clients come in these conditions we will inform them upon their arrival that a veterinary facility is more suitable as to ensure the appropriate care can be given to their fur babies. This may be of an inconvenience, but is the only way we can minimalize chances of accidents occurring and staying incident and force-free. Our general base rate is as follows -

Longer fur coats that require brushing and scissor work

Larger double coated breeds are charged independently based on the size and general condition of the dogs fur. We are currently not grooming some double coat breeds. Excess charges may apply for things such as the particular breed, size variation and condition of the dogs fur. Matted fur, or the use of medicated and flea shampoo. During any of our season celebrations we will be reducing the cost of all of our standard wash and dry services that do not include any grooming. We give a complimentary 10 minutes to any of our customers who might be late for pickup, before any surcharge is applied. If you have exceeded this time than you will only be charged a further $5 and another 2hrs play time will be added to your fur babies time on the floor, should you need it. THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS ARE OF THE HIGHEST PRIORITY! All of our clients fur babies for daycare are to be fully vaccinated, desexed, flea and wormed. Our premises has ducted air conditioning throughout the entire building! The display window is made out of a clear plastic of 40mm thick! baring in mind it only takes 25mm to stop a firearm from penetrating through this plastic. It wont shatter or break up into small harmful pieces of glass! Rest assured! we have also taken into consideration the location of our premises. The design of our shop has been perfectly thought out, sometimes dogs can be very agile and sneak past doors. Because of this we have made sure to install multiple layers of gating! Finally we have completely sound proofed our premises! Our two main walls have been built twice as thick as a standard stud wall, with not one but two positions inside of them to offer dead space for sound to bounce off and dissipate. They are all completely insulated and specifically built to target noise!. The premises exterior is double bricked and a commercial stud wall compliments the interior. LOOKING TO THE FUTURE! Over the years we have constantly thought of ideas that could help revolutionize certain areas within this industry. Some of these areas include hygiene, safety and entertainment! Due to covid many of our desires for the business have been back-ordered, so we will constantly be updating and improving the premises! FREE! With the change of every season and celebration, we will be supplying our customers with free photos of the current theme!. With every year that passes we will improve on this and ensure to the best of our ability that these themes are of the highest quality!

🌼 Luke would like to help us announce that Little Dog Daycare has been secretly working on an update, we are proud to announce we will be heading into the future and utilising artificial intelligence!

Now all of our photos will truly be unique while keeping to our business theme 😃

All previous photos are slowly getting changed with our new update. A link to the before and after video will be in the description to ensure true transparency remains with the quality of our grooms.

Being that AI is still new, this can be a lengthy process and will take a bit of time for us to catch up with previous work.

There are known issues with using AI and some of these can be frustrating for us as a business, we can only guide programming to a certain degree and some of the outcomes don’t have the effect we desire.

In these circumstances it mostly comes down to the programming adding fur textures to the sides of the pups, which makes the grooms appear worse than they are (These cases are rare, the before and after videos will be able to help clarify the difference)

On special occasions we will allow AI to take creative control, so long as it doesn’t have a drastic effect on the quality of our original work and the viewer is able to differentiate between the two with the before and after video.
