Long time between posts! We've had a very full Christmas new year! It doesn't look like we will be settling anytime soon! 😮‍💨

In bad owner fashion we missed millies birthday! She turned 13! Just a couple weeks ago!

But today our big bush pig Atti turns 7 years old! He is officially a senior 😭😭 he is in desperate need of a bath 😅 he has started getting grey hairs on muzzle 🥺 happy birthday to his remaining litter mates ❤️

As all out older doggies get older we are cherishing each day we are given with them.

Millie is now 13
Solar is 12 turning 13 this year
Atti now 7
Ember is now 17 months old.

Hoping to get out to some shows with Ember to try and gain some more points towards title. She will start her first race season this year ^_^ can't wait to see what her and I can do as a team.

We may not have gotten anywhere points wise. But every time Ember and I step in the ring, we figure something else out and make it click. Maybe one day soon she will start getting points on the board I mean she is on 18 😂 between now and race season we will be in the ring as much as we can. Embers debut season is next year and I can't wait to get her out in harness and see what her and I can achieve in the forest.

The 12 years with you have been a blessing and sometimes a struggle especially when you went through a midlife crisis at 7 and done to stomach obstructions with 6 months of each other. You've always been the problem child 🤣🤦‍♀️ escaping through the pool fence, taking on a rat and loosing * don't mention the war on that*

You excelled so well in weightpull and racing. You've helped be a puppy raiser, although this last one I bet you wished I sent back 🤣

You took on the role of big brother to Paige so well, sitting with me in the beginning when doing the middle of the night feeds.

We've hit the golden years and anytime left with you and millie we will cherish ❤️

Both Ember and Atti handled the long days extremely well! Ember took a bit to settle due to being a bit overstimulated with everything going on. Once she settle she took it all in got all the pats.

Atti well he is just Atti. He adores everyone he meets plus they all adore him. Random strangers he has never met just rolls over for belly rubs. He is the best and such a great ambassador for the breed!

Well done to all the other competitors within the breeds! Good luck for Sunday.

Another weekend, another show for Ember. As you can see, she takes it very seriously 🤣🤣 this weekend we we did the the aus cattle dog club of SA all breeds show. This weekend was her first time up in the big girl classes. She is now 6.5 months old.

Ember is slow getting the hand of standing still 🤣🤣 we received our first set of points towards her championship title! we are starting to hit the gangly stage as well as being almost completely out of coat. Which can only mean her first season is coming soon. We will be having a break from shows for a bit 😀 as the weather *hopefully* starts to cool our focus will shift to sledding ^_^
