Just a quick video giving you a look at my nursery room . This room is completely off limits to the public .They are kept here for approx 4 weeks until after their Microplasma vaccine . Then moved down to the pullet pens.

Good morning peeps
I would like to clarify something that has been bugging me for a while . Those of you that know me will not be surprised by the following .....I have been told by multiple customers that there is a vet stating that no one vaccinates for Mareks in Adelaide and people say they do but do not! That's not correct , there are a few reputable breeders that do . Myself included .The vaccine is very expensive and arrives via sensitive freight on dry ice and is a live vaccine .Although best to vaccinate upon hatch you can upto max two weeks old. I order and vaccinate fortnightly . My chicks are kept in a seperate enclosed nursery which is away from any birds .With no access .The room is temperature controlled and heat lamps are used also .The nursery is sanitised twice daily . All chicks stay in this environment total a minimum four weeks which then they are given their Microplasma vaccine ,after that they are are put down to growing pens .Again seperate from my breeding birds. I have certificates for the vaccine , which I'm more than happy to show if asked by my customers. I also have a number of vets as customers and I have previously put the vaccines on my page
I know there are a lot of dodgies out there but please rest assured that I do everything in my power to give you guys healthy birds . I’m a registered business and council approved

PS I did ring the vet in previous years to state what I do but I was ignored
