Weimaraners Sisters, Ada and Juno Two of our longest adventure kids. I don't know how many kilometres we would have walked together, but it's alot!! When I walk these two I always know it's going to be a fast paced day. We will often cover 6-7km in our walk time together.

Fun Fact: Ada is an Aunty to Juno by Pedigree.

Daisy, one of our smallest walkers and one of our senior walkers.

We often get asked whether we take small dogs. Our answer is YES!

We have quite a number of small dogs who like to come out for nature hikes. Small dogs love their walks just as much as the big dogs. They have no trouble keeping up, or walking the trails. Small dogs need their opportunity to sniff and explore just as much as the big ones.

Daisy is almost 10 and is one of our regulars who trots along side some of the bigger dogs we take out. If you have a small dog and are wondering whether nature hikes are from them, book a free call and we'll happily run you through our walk process.

Tips for living with Adolescent Dogs 👇

1. Expect some regression - it's normal!
2. Increased energy, means you need to give them more structure. Don't let their extra energy turn into boredom and unwanted behaviours.
3. Consistency is crucial!
4. Keep training short and often.

Today we welcomed Monty the Ridgeback to crew. He’s our second Ridgeback boy - what a big lovely guy he is 🤩

He went out with Weimaraner sisters today, Ada & Juno who were happy to show him the ropes & take him on a walk. They all sniffed along happily like they’ve been doing it for ages! The perfect intro!
