Happy New Year to all my wonderful clients ☺️
As we are all aware, living costs have significantly increased over the past year. This includes myself and my business overheads. I have re adjusted my pricing to align with other groomers in the industry and had to factor in how much more time and effort is needed for the larger styled breeds.
I have been very lenient with charging a matting fee in the past. I will be implementing this fee as it takes a lot more time than the standard groom. Look forward to another great year with all my furbabies 🥰💕🐾

To all my wonderful clients 🥰
As of the 1st of February I will be increasing my prices and adhering to this price list. Some of you will see an increase of more then $20 for a groom, as I will now be charging due to size as well as type of groom. As you are all aware, the cost of everything has increased and I’m now on a sole income, so this is more of a necessity for myself to be able to support myself and my daughter. I hope you all understand and thank you for being such amazing and loyal customers over the years 💕🐾

I will be taking the next week off, to attend my grandad’s funeral and spend time with family. I will be back at work on Wednesday the 6th. In this time I won’t be answering or responding to any calls or texts.

We have an outbreak of kennel cough in the area. If your pup goes to the board walk, dog parks etc and develops a harsh, sounds like they’re about to vomit cough, they will need a vet visit. If your dog is booked in with myself and showing these symptoms, please let us know so we can reschedule.
