Introducing..... Baby Kohl Rabi! 🥬
Young, sweet and tender they can be eaten raw, great in stir fry AND the skin is still tender so no need to peel! 🥬
You can also reduce waste and eat the leaves as a green! 🥬

A word on watermelons! 🍉
Normally I would never post or advertise something based on price, but at the moment it seems to fit..
Watermelon prices in the supermarkets have been about $3 -$4 per kg so far this season
At the farmers markets we sell them for around $2 a kg, we feel like this is a fair price both for us growers and for the customer to pay. Which is why when prices swing to 99c a kg in supermarkets we hold our price the same at $2 per kg.
Honestly we love growing them and they are a highlight of our growing season! 😋
We don't have X ray vision though and it can be hard to pick a bad one out of the bunch so if you do end up taking a unsatisfactory melon home, we are more than happy to replace it with another! 🍉

A word on our tomatoes, you might notice our tomatoes are more expensive than what you can buy in the supermarket. There's a few reasons for this, tomatoes are a very labour intensive crop. Planting, pruning and picking all takes a lot of time. They are also tricky to get right sometimes, a small mistake in fertilizer can cause a big loss in fruit. We also try our hardest to grow tomatoes as ecologically as possible using mineral fertilizers and we don't use any pesticides or fungicides. 🍅❤️

Karri is the lightest in both colour and flavour that we have at the moment.
Good for in tea, coffee and cooking, that's if you don't eat it all straight out the jar first 😆
