One of our favourite exhibitors, Playful Paws: Training & Wellness will be running the dog zone at this year’s event.
Always a hive of entertainment, the dog zone is free for everyone to enjoy a doggy cuddle, ask questions and watch trainers and dogs in action.

Wrapped with our little brochures to spread the word about our Mountain a month fundraiser for the KAT Centre Nepal getting so excited for our trip in October have started
to crank the training up for our Everest Base Camp Hike getting back into the Wim Hof method cold exposure (hopping in my freezer this morning 🥶) and breath work in preparation to tackle the altitude sickness experienced at high altitudes. Casey and I are looking forward to our next hike starting in Harrietville and hiking to Mount Feathertop with some good mates 22nd feb. And we will also make some time to head to Melbourne for Case to experience exercise under High altitudes at Airlocker in Melbourne. For those

Vonnie is Rockin it post his spinal injuries back in May! His Nanny and I couldn’t believe our eyes today when he took a good old roll post the hydrotherapy session yeehaas Mr Von 🥰

River has back issues due to an injury overplaying. He absolutely loves the Accell therapy to relax his tight muscles. Today we did hydro therapy to start strengthening up his core and hind leg muscles which have begun to weaken due to adaptation in his gait from the injury. This little fella took it all in his stride well done River 😍👌🥰

Miss Moa you did so well for your very very first hydro session 🥰 well done little lady 🙌. So lovely to meet your cute little sis Addi watching and supporting you and your mum on your hydro journey. 🤩🤩🤩
