Sadly one of our long term agistees is leaving us soon as she follows her career to the other side of the country.

All their hard work has paid off, she lulled them into a false sense of security and then absolutely flew home.

Pasture management, it’s always fun 🙄

4 acres, sprayed for weeds, grazed, trodden and fertilised thanks to the cattle and now slashed. Should be a pretty picture after 4 weeks spell! Instead of looking like a half dead barren waste land as it does now

The last shade sail to come down this morning, thanks for the help Drew and Tarynn!!

Hopefully the cyclone doesn’t bring too much damage! But at least we lessened the risk of terrifying the horses with flapping torn shade sails. Theres desensitising and then there’s terrifying 😂

Just a little note on the current cyclone watch 🌀

I am halting pulse sessions for the time being until the weather becomes more favourable. I also need to be at home taking care of all our agistment and personal horses and the cattle.

If the weather is good by Monday I will be flat out back into pulsing, there’s already a list of horses, but if you need yours done let me know and I’ll do what I can to catch up!

Can you see that? This beautiful mare has been sore for a long time! This is AFTER treating her back. The hoops were not on her or anywhere near her. Still pulsing just working out that little issue in the muscle there. Horse rode much better the next day!
