Well we have been very busy the past month
We have been keeping a few little secrets 👀
I will start with out first one

We attended our very first CCCA Nationals in SA ( South Australia ) and to say I am proud is an understatement! Before I get into the goodies I would like to thank my beautiful friend Christine Wagner Mysticrose Ragdolls & Chinchilla Persians for these 2x outstanding babies ! Without her I’d be lost! She has helped me through so much when everyone else turned their heads and left me in dark, she has picked me up and giving me a sound advice and knowledge, literally going above and beyond for me, I honestly can not thank you enough hun! 💗

This was a 6 ring show over the weekend
3 rings Saturday and 3 rings Sunday, amazing weekend away with outstanding results!
thank you to the 6 judges over the weekend and your feedback, I’m so darn proud of how everyone did, out of 25 ragdolls it was a very good line up

To have these results as a new breeder and attending our first nationals is a HUGE achievement for us💗 the feedback on our 3x babies from international judges was amazing,

** I recently purchased my kitten Sooty, formerly Bulbasaur, from Tarni of Sweetbabies ragdolls. Tarni was very professional and knowledgeable, and only wants what is best for her fur babies. Her kittens r soooo well looked after and loved.
She has provided me with all the info i needed, all paperwork provided, kept me updated on my fur baby until i received him and has continued to give me guidance even after purchase. My experience has been exceptional and i would recommend sweetbabies ragdolls to anyone. If in future i ever wanted to get another ragdoll, I will not hesitate to contact Tarni again.

she is a blue torti tabby bi colour, she will be 4 in October, hasn’t had a litter. She’s is a sweet girl, friendly towards other cats, loves to snuggle with them, still a kitten at heart.
She will be best suited to a couple or a person who can spend a lot of time with her as she can get very nervous and shy, large spaces make her nervous as she tends to hide a lot. but if she has her own room and settles in properly she opens up.

Now this is something I encourage people to read. If you’re apart of the sweetbabies family or not it’s so important that your babies ( cat/dog ) are getting the proper nutrients/ food
Raw is the way to go 💗

Your dog needs meat 🥩
I was always taught dogs are omnivores. However, I completely disagree. Dogs and cats are carnivores.
Dogs are facultative carnivores.
Their diet should be majority meat and animal products.

For dogs their meal should be mainly animal protein with a sprinkle of plants.
Correctly prepared vegetables & a small amount of fruit.

Animal protein is the most nutrient dense food for dogs.
Dogs can’t break down cellulose. Plant matter is really just a fibre source for them.
Amylase the digestive enzyme found in the saliva of omnivores and herbivores, is absent in the saliva of dogs.

A dog will thrive on a diet
High in animal protein
Moderate fat
Low carbohydrates

The pet food industry will have us believe dogs are capable of eating grains, lentils, and high carb diets.
Why ? Because they need to justify and market the fact that the crappy kibble they are producing is made up of 40-50% grains, beans or lentils.
🚨 Your dog should not be eating a diet that is 40% or more grains. And don’t even start me on cats. They are true carnivores that should be eating MEAT.

Dogs are not designed to eat high starch. There really aren’t any “good brands” of kibble. Same same , different label.

What happens when a dog that is biologically designed to eat an animal based diet eats a high carbohydrate diet ..
❌Unstable blood sugar
❌Inflammation
❌Pancreatitis
❌Skin conditions
❌Digestive issues
❌Cognition issues
❌Diabetes

Your dog’s pancreas has to work extremely hard to break down all those sugars .
And we wonder why so many dogs of today are obese, have diabetes and pancreatitis.

When companies market “ grains are a excellent nutrient source” 🤦🏼‍♀️
Like really 🙄 bro, ever heard of beef liver ?

There is no food on the planet that is more nutrient dense than red meat and organs.

The most heavily sprayed crops are gains.
Meat has more protein than beans & grains
Meat is Heme iron
The bioavailability of the minerals in beans is poor.
Dogs struggle to digest grains & beans.

Moral of the story, don’t buy the BS that your dog should be eating kibble that is not only ultra processed, but is also high in carbohydrates.
