Last week we welcomed these 2 beautiful boys Johnny (chestnut) and Harley (bay)

Johnny was surrended to us He is a 12 year old Tb gelding who has had quite a life from coming from drought conditions to then showjumping to then being left in a paddock after a unfortunate family emergency’s that left him in a paddock desperate to find this boy a home he was transported here to us to now live on his life and be happy❤️.

And for our second surrender let’s welcome Harley. This boy was not going to live another day if he didn’t find us. He is a 21 year old Tb gelding who has anhydrosis so he can’t sweat but his temp can get pretty high in summer so will be stabled with fans on very hot days and hosed down and also has sway back. Harley was going to be put down as he can not be ridden during very high heat weather so he could no longer be used as a riding school horse😞.

Ok guys, we need name ideas for these 2 💗. We have found a name for the grey and it is Felix meaning lucky 🍀. Both geldings ☺️.

Hey guys today was a very busy and stressful day. Rescuing 2 horses out of the pens 1 completely unhadled and 2 years old and the other lightly handled and 2 years olde haha. Now how did we get the grey? There were about 20 horses that did not go through the sales and were only there as a stop while the doggers bought more horses and added them to the pen these horses were in to then load up and take straight to slaughter. After a few amazing people banned together I got a call asking if I could take this boy on so of course we did. These babies do not know how lucky they are and have not taken there heads out of the grass 😅🤣🥰. More pictures to come tomorrow in the day as I just want to go to bed now haha.

I want to say a big thank you to the amazing people who donated towards these babies today and that we really do appreciate it. ❤️.

Hey guys today we rescued 3 horses from the sales including 1 being 1 of the ones that didn’t go through sales and were heading straight to slaughter. Will post some photos soon💗💗.

Lots of horses already at the sales and more to arrive tomorrow. We will be bidding on these 2 aswell as others. We bid up untill we know they are safe and or see a good home so we make sure a lot of them get homes. If you would like to donate towards them my account details are

Hey guys, just want to clear things up on people who have asked.
Yes we are self funded and have been for years and will continue to be. Yes we did ask if anyone would like to donate but that’s just to get the word out and to help us bring in more horses. We are extremely capable of paying for all our horses ourselves without donations but appreciate any donations we get☺️. We currently have 16 horses on property after we have had 4 horses go out on adoption in the past 2 weeks. we have 2 horses coming in tomorrow and then horses coming next weekend plus heading to the sales so it’s definitely all happening, but again if we don’t get any donations we can afford all vet care,dentist,farrier and feed.
We spend over $2000 a week on horse feed (hard feed and hay) farrier every 6 weeks some horses being on a every 4 week schedule untill there feet are good to go onto 6 weeks. Thank you for people who have donated we appreciate it and everyone who has shared our page. 🦄

Hey guys. Laidley sales is coming up on the 11th of this month and it’s coming up quickly with over 100 horses supposed to be going which means lots of horses will not be safe. We are self funded but if anyone has spare money they can donate towards us helping horses there that would be amazing and much appreciated to both us as a rescue but most importantly to the horses that will be in those pens. We don’t bid up the other rescues we go for the horses that really need our help and have no interest but the doggers. LETS HELP SOME HORSES💗🦄.

Winter update ❤️. We got this gorgeous girl in the September sales. We had a funny feeling she could be in foal but she is unhadled so have been working her up slowly to get her trust so we can halter her and get her scanned. She is now eating out of our hands and will take pats will now come into the feed shed and follow you like a puppy so next week we will be trying to halter her and hopefully get her scanned to see if that belly is definitely a bubba and when she is due. She had doubled in size since we got her and have seen movement so I’m 99.99% sure she is cooking something in there🥰.
But she is definitely a gorgeous girl either way.

Hey guys,
Have just had 4 horses go out on adoption and have room to bring in a few horses that really need our help.
We have been rescuing for the past 4 years first ever rescue being a skinny skinny 25 year old standardbred who was scared of everything and everyone from previously being abused and we fattened him up and loved him and he stayed with us till he was 30 years old but unfortunately passed away 😞. That’s when we started our journey of helping/rescuing horses as that’s what I know he would of wanted ❤️.

Since then we have taken in multiple emaciated horses and horses with injuries needing to be treated and even horses who need some extra trust and help with people.
We have gotten horses from the sales and go regularly to see who we can give paradise to and keep safe for life.

With our horses we get we get them all the vet care and feeding required and the best farrier care and once of a good weight we test them under saddle (if good to ride) and we put some training into them and find them amazing homes on a very strict contract as an adoption that’s if they don’t stay with us.

We are on 100 acres at Beaudesert qld
Stables,big paddocks,small paddock and everything you could think of we are also fully self funded.

Absolutely no nasty at all in her easy to catch,rug,wash,groom float etc.
Would suit a teen wanting to do pony club and or a adult wanting to have fun. Very quick on her feet and smart no nasty that we have seen and has lead a 10 year old around on lead line but was forward and wanted to get a job done. Has Also had tarps all over her and been handled by kids

11 year old 16.1ish hh
Broken in no nasty at all does need an experienced rider as he does need more miles out back into him but no buck rear bolt. Would suit trail riding or companion. Easy to do everything with can be a pain to get in float but my float trainer had him in within 10 minutes less and I will be doing some float loading with him but perfect once in.

Adoption fee $500 each
Both need experienced/confident rider.

Well this gorgeous new boy is on the mend. Everything looking positive for a full recovery. No bone damage/sequestrum that xrays have showed after being left for a period of time. Forwards from here buddy or should I say Prince 🤴. You are one of the most quietest boys ever my boy.

On Monday our loving girl clover set out on a new adventure. We got clover a year ago only knowing the basic of getting caught. She was very underweight and I was told she would not stick on her weight or ever look normal but she certainly does look normal and put on all her weight. Clover will go on to be broken in and be a kids horse in her new adoption home🐴💗.

Raven and champ in there new home. Raven was first to go out on adoption after it being love at first sight with his new owner. but just a few weeks later I got asked if I had anymore horses for adoption to be used as a trail riding horse and to be loved over and that’s when I thought of champ. They came out a few days later and they absolutely adored him like they did raven. These 2 have found the most amazing adoption homes ever and super happy they are together again as they were besties when they were both here. Love these happy endings 💗🐴.

Today we welcomed this beautiful girl to the family a 4-5 year old quarter horse/Arab. She is lightly handled but I knew there was just something about her. We opened up the float she hopped out went to her hay then stopped didn’t moved and just looked around for a good 5 minutes and her eyes just widened. Will halter her tomorrow as I didn’t want to scare her anymore today and vets will be out next week to scan her as she looks to have a little surprise cooking up in her tummy. Big teats and lots of stomach movement 🙈.

Let’s welcome this beautiful boy❤️. We have named him champ he is a 16 year old standardbred gelding. He absolutely loves the attention and has definitely stolen everyone’s hearts 🐴. Can’t wait to fatten him up and see how he goes.

Raven is 6 weeks into gaining weight and let’s just say he is gaining it nicely. He is such a sweet boy and super gentle and loves the kids. Can’t wait to see his future and what we can do with him😍.

So today cash has set off onto a new journey with his new owners at a riding school 😍. I can’t wait to see him teach little kids to ride and be with king another one of our rescues that went to teach little kids too 💕💗.
