Hi friends - it’s been a while…

Mum has been super busy and hasn’t been on the socials much - so slack!!

Anyway, I’m chilling on the couch tonight after a big day at Doggy Daycare.

I have so much fun at daycare romping around with all my pooch pals, having a bit of rough & tumble, doing zoomies, having adventures on the play equipment and sniffing butts! It’s the absolute best!

I hope you all had a pawsome ‘Monday Funday’ like me!

My Saturday morning has been pawsome!

First up, Mum took me to Lake Weeroona for walkies, which is her happy place. I love it because there’s heaps of ducks & bush turkeys to watch, loads of other pooches to sniff butts with and plenty of humans who want to pat me and admire my handsomeness!

When we got home, Mum turned on the TV and we watched some of Jeremy Cameron’s YouTube channel - I love, love, love watching Jezza on his farm and seeing all his cows, sheep and his dog Billy!

Today we watched an older episode which was all about his dog Billy, because it was his 7th birthday - that’s my fave episode!

I wish Mum had a farm like Jezza and I could spend my days chasing possums like Billy does.

Mum is pretty excited because footy is almost back and she’s watching a practice match on TV…

Mum and I are both members of the best footy club in the land - the Carlton Football Club! 💙

Im having a snooze on the tiles where it’s cool, because Mum and I played fetch with my ball for half an hour and now I’m pooped! We also went to Bunnings this morning with Grandma Barbara and her dog Sammi - so much fun!

It’s half time at the footy and they’re showing part of a game from last year where Mum’s fave player, Jacob Weitering, is wearing a mic and you can hear everything! She’s loving it!

I hope you’re all having a fun weekend like we are friends!

I’m super pumped to see the Carlton Football Club boys train up here in Bendigo on Tuesday night!

Mum said we can go to watch them and hopefully I will get a photo with my favourite player, Charlie “King Charles” Curnow!

He sent a birthday video to Mum’s Grandma (my Great Grandma) for her 100th birthday and Mum says he’s a real true blue champion!

Just checking on the birdies and making sure they’re all tucked up snugly in their nests for sleep…

We have a family of sparrows who live in the corner of our backyard and I love to sit and watch them when Mum and I are outside. They pick up pieces of our plants to make their nests become bird mansions and pluck worms to feed their babies - they’re so cool!

Just as the sun goes down, they all go to bed in their nests and I like to go outside and check that they’re all safe and sound.

Yay for Friday nights and chilling out with Mum!

I’m mesmerised by what Mum is watching on TV tonight - there was a swan swimming on a lake!

Watching TV is fun - sometimes we watch sport and see balls flying all over the screen, other times there’s shows with animals. TV is pawsome - but not as pawsome as walkies and playing fetch, which Mum does with me lots.

Does anyone else love watching TV like I do?

Half the fun of having bully sticks is barking at them and tossing them around!! They’re so yummy though, that I only play with them for so long and then I munch on them! I ask so little of my human Mum - just feed me, love me, kiss, cuddle and pat me, play with me and put my toys away each night. Well - you have failed me! You forgot to put my favourite toy “chicken” away last night and now he’s getting all wet under the sprinklers! Epic fail Mum!

Just in case you needed reminding, here is proof that I am “King of the Castle”! 👑 This is me at Bendigo Doggy Daycare the other day, surveying my pooch pals from up high, making sure they are behaving themselves. Oh - and meet Betty 🐾 Betty is a black Groodle and she is my girlfriend. She follows me everywhere, chews my ears and clearly wants to be my Queen up in my castle. Steady on Betty!
