A huge day for our stable💪🏼😝

We have two horses racing today and whilst JUST FOLK is claiming all the headlines in Sydney we have MOTITSI in the Gold Rush back home in Bendigo🏇
A testament to our team at home today to have Just Folk running in the $3M Doncaster Handicap but also a 2yo having her first start in a 250K race!

Win, lose or draw we are lucky to have the support of everyone around us and hopefully a sign of things to come for our stable!

It has been more the 50 years since a horse from Bendigo has won a Group 1 race and trainer Josh Julius will be looking to break that drought with his horse, Just Folk running in the $3 million Group 1 Doncaster Mile at Randwick on Saturday.

Just Folk has done it again🤩 A big thrill to head to and get the job done in the Group 2 Ajax Stakes with Jason Collet aboard👌🏼🏆A huge thank you to our team at home keeping the ship running and also to Danny our Farrier, Mike our Vet and Deryn our myotherapist. What a day to be at the races!! Win lose or draw today Just Folk has given us a huge thrill to be involved in the Melbourne Cup Carnival and today competing in a Group 1 will give all of us at Josh Julius Racing a huge thrill. 12 months ago Super Girl was at Flemington trying to qualify for a Melbourne Cup and Highclass Harry qualified for the Country Series at Murtoa. Today, Harry’s little brother Just Folk heads to for his first crack at Listed level in the Paris Lane Stakes. Josh Julius Racing is looking for an experienced Trackwork rider to add to our terrific crew of staff and our growing stable of horses.
Previous racehorse experience necessary as will be required to partake a variety of riding roles from riding gallops to educating youngsters.
Extra work not limited to afternoons and race days also available if applicant requires.
Assistance with accomodation can also be arranged.
Interstate apprentices looking for an opportunity to venture into Victoria would also be considered.
