Our favourite was the Macaw experience which comes with the Mega tickets. Staff are informative.

Jason was great, walking over to visitors introducing snakes, turtles, lizards. He also made sure you had enough time to get your photos.

"We had a fantastic time with our boys (5 & 7. Being amongst the animals in their environment and having them and there natural curiosity on show is well worth the trip.

The macaw experience was brilliant and having the staff bring the other reptiles around the facility for an interactive experience was great.

The staff were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and great with the kids.

The food was good and the underwater cafe was incredible! The outdoor aviary with koi pond was also nice to sit and relax in.

Probably best if everyone has swimwear/clothing you don’t care if it gets wet and there are showers available for after your wading adventures."

"Port Stephens Animal Adventures was a real highlight of a recent visit to the area. Every aspect of our visit was wonderful! From the staff who were all with exception the pinnacle of friendliness and professionalism, to the experiences on offer, everything was amazing. We ended up spending about 2½ hours exploring, and all the animal encounters were magnificent.

Of particular note was getting in the pools with the rays and sharks, as well as feeding them. We had a lovely time in the Underwater Cafe area too, and in the end we signed up for the membership because the kids loved it so much, and have adjusted our holiday schedule to come back soon. Thank you to all the staff for putting together such a great venue!"
