We both know that we have given her all our hearts & there is absolutely nothing more to give her in this world.

She knew she was so much loved, cared for, & she mattered so much in our life together.

The only living thing who can boss me around on earth has left to be an angel today.

My little sweetheart.

My only Australian family for a long time until I met Kent Cameron.

Out of all these things I have achieved here in Australia, being her mom, never giving up, & looking after her as best as I can is the proudest achievement.

Love her so much & will love her so much forever.

Little Koda, Cavoodle came in for hygiene groom initially & ended up having a style groom today😍

Her grandma is happy to come back every 6 weeks to maintain her skin & coat healthy 😀👍

Just a quick reminder.

I have a 48 hour notice policy to cancel or reschedule appointment.

If not, 50% of booked service fee will be charged.

With no show without any notice prior, I will not re-book again.

An appointment will be cancelled if customer arrives 15 mins later.
(*These details are written on consent form & asked to sign in the first consultation.
*A reminder text message is sent 3 days before the appointment so customers can reschedule or cancel the appointment without attracting cancellation fee)

Please remember my salon runs on an one on one basis & I only take a maximum of 3 grooms a day unless they are from same family to make sure your fur-babies have adequate attention & care to make themselve as comfortable as possible & as less stressful as possible during the grooming sessions so I can't afford to allocate my limited time to customers who do not value my time. It applies to all my service including nail clipping.

Sweet Sooty, mini Labradoodle came in for Puppy Groom for the first time at the age of 16 weeks(2 weeks after his last puppy vaccination) 3 months ago back in September.

I was not able to finish the whole groom in one session & had to ask his fur-parents to come back to finish his first groom.

Since then, he has come back pretty much every 3 weeks, alternating bath & blow dry & puppy groom for him to get used to grooming.

I realised that he is now okay with bath & blow dry like an adult when I saw him lying on the grooming table & resting his head while I was drying & fluffing his face & ear hair.

Multiple breaks in between such as lots of zoomies in the front yard, playing with toys & briefly saying hello to Ruby & Waffle Lee-Ann & little treats for going through each step bravely❤️

He is not scared at all of coming into salon voluntarily for grooms.

His fur-parents are amazing for brushing him(not many knots whenever he comes & he is not scared of getting brushed), letting him get used to the sound of electric toothbrush so he is okay with clipper) etc over that time 👍👍

We, Sooty, his fur-parents & I, now just need to work on sc******ng around his face from next year on 4 weekly schedule by giving him time to realise that sc******ng around his face is not scary & he is gonna be okay😍

So so proud of him growing & learning new things at his own pace.

We had a real sweetheart, Kairo in for a complete shave off today.

I luckily managed to clip with 5F on the body, 7F on legs, save ear hair & tail👍

His fur-parents are happy to come back every 6 weeks😍
