Gorgeous Miss Ruby the mini Cavoodle has started seeing me for some hydrotherapy to help lose some weight and strengthen her hind limbs. She did so well for her first go in the treadmill, can't wait to watch her grow in confidence and shrink in size 😍
Hydro is great for weight loss and strengthening for dogs of all sizes as the water helps support their joints whilst it also adds resistance to their workout.

Gorgeous Cormac the Irish Wolfhound was back in to start getting used to the underwater treadmill. He did so well and has a tight turning circle for such a big lad 😁
He's a lot of dog to towel dry though 🤣

On a sweltering qld day my boy Fergus loves his hydrotherapy session in the cool air-conditioned comfort.
20 minutes with incline was a great workout and he kept his cool throughout 😎

Great Dane puppy Seamus the 2 yr old loveable larrikin came in for his hydro session this week.
He is still a little unsure of these new things but did so well 😍
Such good gentle strengthening exercise for his growing body and mind.

The gorgeous big hairy baby Bodhi came to visit for his first hydro session the other week. His mumma knows that hydro is great to keep him strong and mobile as he ages gracefully 😍
He did so well for his first go that next time we'll add in some incline to really stretch out his hind legs.

Beautiful 8 year old Daisy Mae has been coming to see me for weekly hydro and laser sessions.
Daisy had surgery on her left cruciate but was struggling to bear weight on that leg over two months later. Thankfully her owners found us and on the first time in the underwater treadmill Daisy was bearing weight on her leg.
Now she is a star pupil as you can see.
Her big smile shows how happy she is in the water 😍

The Bayside Community Awards were held last night, and although I didn't win it was great to see so many local and small businesses celebrated in our community.
Best Pet Services award was deservedly won by the amazing team at Wynnum Manly Veterinary Hospital home to my Bonnie's favourite vet the fabulous Dr Charlie 🤩

Gorgeous Miss Daph, almost 4 years old and showing her little brother how the treadmill is done!

Today I got to catch up with some of my favourite Great Dane clients that I haven't seen in ages! Their awesome mum knows the value of geting them used to new experiences to prepare them for the future.
Today they both had a go in the treadmill. Not full depth and not full speed but enough to give them a taster for it without being overwhelmed 😊
