Feeding time at the milk bar after our mini paw-dicures this morning! Had to trim those sharp little claws 🐾
With her babies impending, Tuppence will be looking for a nice safe space to give birth. Dogs are naturally den animals, so we do our best to emulate this instinct with the whelping box. She’ll need lots of bedding to dig at, and to feel her babies will be warm, safe and contained. Some girls prefer a blanket over the top of the box to further reinforce that den instinct, making it darker and more contained, and helping them feel safe and secure. The countdown is on ❤️🐾
