Charlie Update
Charlie arrived on Friday and has settled in nicely. He is very eager to please and is learning some dog socialisation skills from the other dogs. He is very quiet and quick to pick up commands. Charlie has a meet and greet with a potential family today.
Amazing how quickly things can turn around when a dog finds the right place and community to support them. Thank you again for all your support. We have a number of dogs now coming into care. Updates will be coming soon.
LUCY -
Prepare to fall in love with our sweetheart, Lucy Lou. This incredibly charming canine has a winning personality that's sure to make her your favorite companion. While she may be a bit timid at first, Lucy Lou quickly blossoms into a people pleaser once comfortable, ready to win your heart with her spirited antics. Since living in her new temporary home, Lucy has really come out of her shell. You see, it wasn't all fun and games in Lucys life before. As a result, she has worked really hard on her confidence of new places and experiences. With the right patience and kindness, we are certain Lucy will continue to shine.
Lucy Lou's ideal living situation entails her being the only dog or living harmoniously with a dog of the opposite sex who understands and respects her space
and boundaries.
She's a sensitive soul with a powerhouse of love waiting to be lavished on her new humans. Lucy enjoys cuddles and finds comfort in laying frog-style in the cool, shady spots around the house.
She's also an excellent companion for strolls around the neighborhood or parks, demonstrating commendable leash manners. Her pace is sure to match yours, turning every walk into a pleasant experience.
Despite life being a bit rough in the beginning for Lucy Lou, she's morphed into an independent, courageous, and affectionate pup. She's adaptable and resilient and is excited to find a family who can lavishly shower her with all the love and kindness she deserves.
