As we approach the silly season i just want to reiterate a few things ✨ Please arrive to your appointment on time - When your pup is with me, it has all my attention so if you arrive early please wait till you are called in. I will be off from the 23rd of December and back for only a few days as most of you know I have unexpectedly had to take time off, if you want an appointment on the 3rd, 4th or 5th of January get in contact with me ASAP as these appointments are already insanely limited. If your pooch cant attend their appointment please let me know, I have people waiting for spots. No shows/last minute cancellations will have to pay a deposit before securing another appointment. As always, I appreciate your support and cant wait to pamper all your pooches 🩷 Love Rachel
