Hey everyone,
I've now reached over the halfway mark of my 57km goal for Step Up To Breast Cancer!

I'm stepping up this August to raise funds for life-changing research that works to build a better tomorrow for the 57 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

Each death is one too many, and I want to help NBCF reach their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

Please support my challenge so I can raise funds to put an end to this awful disease. That has touched us all in someway or another.

My Thought I wanted to share for today, as I am trying to get to sleep without much success to be up at 5am.

“ I really am aware that whatever my concerns may be, they may be trivial compared to those of so many people.”

I think about that often when I get myself down in a pity party. Especially when I’m getting my Chemo when I talk to others I just realise how lucky I am.

Hahaha funny thing is they say how lucky they are when they find out about my heart issues.

Anyway goodnight all.

The last few days, It’s been a tough battle through the nausea, pain & exhaustion which has been so much worse since last Thursday’s 2nd dose of chemotherapy & immunotherapy infusion’s.

Tonight I’m Feeling so pumped to have 1 walk & 2 gym training sessions done since last Thursday no matter how tough they were to get through.

Especially after my chemo dose 1
In early December. I only managed to get out 5 walks / 13.85 KM & no gym training sessions. I Had a such pity party & Felt so sorry for myself.

I will Just keep pushing through the tough days after this latest diagnosis, because Working Out really is my Favourite Therapy.
