Off on holidays for Christmas Break this year?
So are we!

If your cat or dog is staying in kennels over the Christmas holidays and you need a vaccination certificate, please contact us early to ensure you receive it before you go.

We are often very busy during the holiday season, so it can take a couple of business days for certificates to be sent.

Our last day of operations this year will be December 23rd. We will be closed from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day inclusive, with our doors open again from January 2nd, 2026.

Today, we’re shining a light on our incredible nursing and technician team — the heart of our clinic. Their compassion, skill, and dedication keep our patients healthy and our days running smoothly.

Today also marks World Mental Health Day, reminding us how important it is to care for ourselves and each other — just as we care for every pet that comes through our doors. 💬💚

With this in mind, it’s helpful for you to know how long it takes for medication orders to be ready for collection. While routine medications take 1-2 business days, some take 5-7 business days.

Help us keep your furry family member’s medication on track by requesting repeats before you run out. Don’t wait until the last dose! 💊

We have had an unwell and distressed cat brought into our care this evening. They are a silver female shorthair registered under the name ‘Twitch’ on their microchip. They were found in Wavell Heights. We are trying to locate their owner.

We had a budgie brought into our care yesterday after being found on Love Street in Northgate.

🐾 Sweet as her name - say hello to Honey! 🐝
This sweet little lady came in for surgery to remove a mammary tumour — and she was so brave! 💛 Her socks kept her warm & cosy (& trendy) before, during and after her procedure.

We're sending lots of healing vibes her way as she recovers. It’s always a pleasure caring for our smallest (but mightiest!) patients. 💪🐶
