Outdoorsy Brissie dogs—listen up! 🐶☀️

🦠 Leptospirosis is a serious and potentially life-threatening bacterial disease, spread through water or soil contaminated by the urine of infected wildlife (especially rats and mice). It thrives in warm, wet environments—and yes, that includes Brisbane.
🩺 Symptoms can include:
• Fever
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Lethargy
• Increased thirst or urination
• Loss of appetite
The best news? It’s preventable.
