𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗪𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲!

Well, we might have trust issues with BOM now, but we do trust you’ll be just as excited as we are…

We’re thrilled to announce the Busselton Winter Jumping Festival will now run from September 5th to 7th, 2025.

Locking in this new date wasn’t easy. We want to extend a huge thank you to the WASJA Committee for their support and generosity in letting us use their date. It’s truly appreciated.

To all our competitors, thanks so much for your patience while we sorted things out. Apologies, it wasn't a simple task to find a date. If you’ve already entered and would like to keep your spot, that’s great — you’re all set. If you’d rather a refund, no problem at all. We’re happy to arrange that. And if June didn’t work for you but September does, keep an eye out for when entries reopen.

📣 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 – 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

We’re incredibly disappointed to share that due to the predicted forecast of heavy rain and thunderstorms from Thursday night through the weekend, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend's Busselton Winter Jumping Festival.

We know it’s only Tuesday and the sun’s still shining, but with the predictions worsening overnight, it’s become clear it's simply not in everyone’s best interests to proceed. Sadly, all our collective prayers to the weather gods don’t seem to have worked this time!

It’s an incredibly tough call, especially for our small committee facing this for the second year in a row. But after more than 20 years of mostly beautiful winter weekends, perhaps it’s just our turn. And while the timing isn’t ideal for us, we know the rain is needed.

We’re working on a new date — there’s a bit of juggling to do — and we’ll share as soon as we can. If you've got any enlightened ideas or strong preferences we're all ears.

Competitors, sponsors and supporters— We’ll be in touch, and kindly ask for your patience as we work through the many moving pieces that bring this weekend to life.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all on another weekend this year, hopefully under clearer skies!

P.S. The weather man had better have it right this time...

Entries for the upcoming Busselton Winter Jumping Festival 2025 on May 30th - June 1st, presented by the Busselton Horse & Pony Club will be opening Sunday, 18th, at 8pm.

Program will be up later today for you to plan your classes. Big thank you to those that reached out to offer your support, we truly appreciate it.
