Chihuahua dog, smallest recognized dog breed, named for the Mexican state of Chihuahua, where it was first noted in the mid-19th century. The Chihuahua is thought to have been derived from the Techichi, a small mute dog kept by the Toltec people of Mexico as long ago as the 9th century ce.

A special picture of Prince with his beloved bestie/girlfriend Lucy. We lost our dear Lucy last week at 16 years of age and miss her greatly. Lucy was so good-natured and easy to love. She had a really calm and sweet demeanour. She especially loved road trips and swimming at the beach and lakes. She was always great fun.Her big brown eyes, soft coat was always a comfort. She made a home feel like a home! 💛💛💛🐾
