Our club was founded in 2015 after realising the need for a Netball Club based in the Northern Beaches of Far North Queensland. Trinity Beach Bulldogs Netball Club is a dynamic community focused sports club swiftly building a strong foundation across Northern Cairns.
Our 160-strong family are passionate supporters and players dedicated to the growth, support and development of netball across the region.
We are devoted not only to providing a safe environment for netball players young and old, but we are also strongly engaged in providing a launching pad for talented players of all ages. Our innovative and specialised approach to professional development across players, coaches and officials makes us the fastest growing and progressive club in the region. We aim to break down the barriers that hinder accessibility and affordability to netball, and proactively encourage all generations to get involved in the game.
Our future is very bright at Trinity Beach Bulldogs Netball Club, with the potential development of our own netball courts comes wide spread opportunities for the Northern Beaches. Home game competitions and training grounds as well as possible northern competitions with teams from the Tablelands, Mossman and Port Douglas alike, will embed a sense of home and community growth within the Northern Beaches. With this consistent growth, excellent competition and the many high-level talent and professional people that volunteer their time to the club, the sky is the limit.

The Vision
Our aim is to create a positive and winning culture and make netball accessible and affordable across the community.
What we Value
At Trinity Beach Bulldogs Netball Club, our values are critical in providing a supportive and caring environment for all participants across the community. Our values are at the heart of what we do and align with the integrity, honesty and professionalism we provide as a successful and growing club across the Northern Beaches.
We are committed to our mission of providing a safe friendly environment for all
We see this as a fundamental part of ensuring everybody has a positive experience and feels welcome, comfortable and as an integral part of the club irrelevant of differences or levels of achievement. We act and play as one!
We are professional in all that we do in support of our mission
We recognise that we cannot achieve our mission unless we create a successful non-profit business to support that mission. We will run our non-profit business with care for how we use the resources sponsorships, grants, fundraising and events may provide.
We recognise that effort and enjoyment tend to go hand in hand
We do our best to contribute because we understand that hard work is necessary to achieve our goals. We want to enjoy our journey and whatever it takes to get there and strive to find balance between all aspects of our lives.
We go the extra mile for each other and our partners
To achieve our vision and mission we need to support and be considerate and respectful to each other and our partners, sponsors and associates. We need to take time to understand what each other needs from us. We communicate clearly and succinctly when this is outside of our personal values or resources - We commit as best we can!
We learn from our mistakes, deal with them and move on
We know mistakes are inevitable and are in-fact a valuable tool in growth and development. When we make a mistake we recognise it and apologise rather than make excuses. Mistakes in regards to athletic performance are viewed not as mistakes but as opportunities.
We continue to innovate. We are committed to continuous improvement
We constantly look for better ways to do thing and for new things/innovations that can better us as a club, person, athlete or community member. We recognise that we are not only a member of a club but also of the community and all our efforts benefit ourselves, our club and the community.
We address our problems rather than smoothing them over and/or avoiding them
We do not discuss "in club" incidents or events until they have been addressed by club personnel. We use effective communication to deal directly with the issue rather than gossip and create bigger problems.
We fill each other’s emotional tanks
We know how daunting the challenge of creating and being part of successful sports clubs can be. We recognise or mission and values and strive to celebrate our success big or small, with each other. We support each other through disappointments.
