Hi everyone, unfortunately due to a large amount of clients not showing up to appointments or cancelling last minute I have decided to enforce cancellation fees.

I understand that times are tough these days and plans change. However, it is incredibly detrimental to small businesses having such late notice as it is often hard to refill these appointments. I have held off from taking cancellations fees for quite some time now and unfortunately I believe It is now being taken advantage of.

Reminder texts will now be sent 4 days in advance to allow enough time for people to contact me. Please see the post above for terms and conditions.

Heading into peak Christmas Period this year (October - December), deposits will be required to secure an appointment and the fee will go to 100% for a 48 hour cancellation. I will send out more information about this closer to those months.
