It is with great sadness and regret that I must inform you all that I will be closing my doors. It won’t be forever! But I cannot promise any return dates. There is a very serious and private matter that I must take care of. Seeing all of your smiling faces, our nice chats and of course grooming the beautiful pooches, has filled my days with so much joy. I have been so lucky to have you all.
I will be in contact with everyone shortly to cancel all appointments and a recommendation of who has availability to groom your babies.
Thank you for supporting my business and I look forward to seeing you all again one day.

What an incredible year it has been. With this December being my busiest yet! I’d like to thank each and everyone of you for supporting my business. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful clientele.

Being a busy mum of 3, I totally understand that things can happen well out of our control at times. However these past 6 months have been my toughest yet. The amount of no shows and last minute cancellations I have had are incredibly hurtful to my small business.
- Should you need to cancel please give more than 24 hours notice, so I can fill that appointment time.
- Please be on time, I can only provide a one on one service if everyone arrives on time.
- Please collect your pets no later than 30 minutes after they’ve been completed. I do not have the space to hold them.
- There will be zero tolerance for no shows.

This has not been an easy post to write, I fear if I don’t say anything I will no longer be able to operate. All I ask for is a little more respect for my time. Thank you to all who do the right thing and thank you for supporting my small business.
