Today was a bit of a stress! I'm just saying Pupper friends .. humans are shady! 👀🙄

First, I had to get up really early and get in the car BEFORE breakfast! And then my Aunty Riet drove me to the vet! 😰

They were really nice there, but they also took my blood, and made me very sleepy so they could sneakily clean my teeth and trim off my best tail knot! Rude! 😲😡

When I came home, I told Mama I was pretty grumpy with her for letting all of this happen. But luckily for her, I decided to forgive her after she gave me tasty treats and all the snuggles. 💜

Anyway, Mama says I should say thanks to the lovely team for taking great care of me. I sort of forgive them because of the good treats and pats and trimming up my claws! 👅🤣

Submit your favourite pet photo to be featured in the 2025 Canberra Paws Calendar. Enter today for a chance to win a coveted calendar slot, a professional pet photography session with Ina J Photography, and artwork credit for your session photographs.

My day did NOT start off well. Those heckin hot sky balls made really loud blowing up noises on my ovals at 6am. RUDE!

And then heaps of them flew over my house .. without my permission!!! 😤😤🤬

I barked so hard and they weren't even listening, and then I had to put my thunder shirt on. 👀

Hi! My name is Manneke and I’m a 2 year old Border Collie from Canberra. Last year, my Mama and I started designing fun, handmade toys for puppers and kittehs. We shared the photos on Instagram and lots of our friends said they’d love to play with my toys too .. and so my very first side hustle project was born! (My main hustle is chasing birds and eating treats!)
