Our Boxing After Dark program is a great place to start with us, for ages 12-17 years and has a BBQ after each session! 🥊

It was lovely to have our local counselor, Miriam Stemp attend our horse whispering youth program yesterday. Thank you, Miriam for taking the time out to come and visit us and to see firsthand the positive impact that we are able to make in the lives of young people through equine assisted learning.

Creative tools can be very helpful when learning to slow down in self-care and quietness.

I love to use a French Pantoum in some quiet space. It helps me stop and notice and ponder my surroundings and connect and ground with God and myself.

I also like to summaries further (the last line is not part of the Pantoum) - a single word from each phrase that resonates and speaks to me the most. I hope you enjoy and take time to notice what is speaking to you right where you are.
