I have a surprise 👀 That's right! For the first time in awhile, I am hand raising some beautiful little budgies! 🦜

These aren't just any ordinary budgies.. they're bush budgies! A bush budgie is a wild type budgie that is much smaller than a regular pet type. These beautiful babies are captive bred wild types. I have 4 of these beauties, but 2 or 3 are already spoken for. So I will have 1, maybe 2 beautiful bubbas 👀 4 a perfect 🏡 in approximately 6-8 weeks

Bush budgies have the same care requirements as regular pet budgies, but are smaller in size & only come in 1 colour, which is the beautiful green you see on the parents in the last photo.

The beautiful bubbas will come recall trained and leg banded with my phone number on their ankles incase they are to ever escape! If you'd like to know more about why I leg band, please look at my pinned posts💓💓 Recall training is very important to me, and has saved a few of my customer's birds lives! Recall training is training a bird to fly to your hand when called. This can be life saving and is a much better alternative to wing clipping. I never clip my birds and will never sell to someone who does.

They will come with a 2 page care guide, a leg band, information card, toys, perches, transition food and extras.

Mini lop rabbit kits expected !!🍼🍼

My beautiful girl Dewdrop & my gorgeous buck Hazel are due to have babies in the next few days. Miss Dewdrop has started making a nest, so I can expect little kits soon!

Dewdrop is a beautiful orange girl with an amazing calm, friendly personality.

Hazel is a beautiful chinchilla Agouti boy who also carries Chocolate! We are expected to have some beautiful chocolate babies aswell as your expected chinchilla, Agouti and orange babies. Hazel-Ruh's previous litter has presented some beautiful, dark chocolate mini lops.

I am super excited and can't wait to share my joy to this page. 💗

In this extreme heat please if you are walking your dogs, use shoes to protect their paw pads from burning. Please take breaks, carry water on you and stay in the shade. Keep your pets safe❤️

Hello all this is just your reminder that EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS do NOT have public access rights and it is against the LAW to bring your pet into a store unless they are an ASSISTANCE dog trained to help a disability.

Today I saw a post that a lady made with an emotional support dog vest on. The Admins allowed this post which is bad for our Assistace dog community.

Only DISABLED people can have assistance dogs. This CAN and DOES include psychiatric disabilities. Those are called psychiatric ASSISTANCE dogs and can be trained to perform tasks to help with this.

Access issues are already hard for me and other handlers without people bringing their untrained emotional support dogs into the shops. Emotional support dogs ONLY have HOUSING RIGHTS not PUBLIC ACCESS RIGHTS. Please stop bringing your pet into the store just because you can.

It's not "trendy" or cool and it is ILLEGAL. There is no point in an Emotional support vest because you can't use it, they cannot be in non-pet friendly stores like Coles, Woolies etc. Non-pet friendly places are for ASSISTANCE DOGS ONLY.

This post has been made because I have seen a number of people break the laws and I am over it. It creates access issues to those with legitimate disabilities and ASSISTANCE dogs.

🌟What do you need to know when bringing home your cockatiel?🌟 Firstly, you need to take into consideration, and accept, the cons of owning cockatiels. To name a few: 📎They are loud, messy & destructive. Cockatiels can be very very loud, there is no training, or anything you can do to stop it. Part of owning a bird is accepting a loud & sometimes annoying (but adorable), animal into your home. They are very messy, they will throw their food around, poop everywhere, leave feathers everywhere & break anything they can get their beak on. Cockatiels, are in fact COCKATOOS aswell. It is in a cockatoos nature to destroy things. Which brings us to the next con 📎Cockatiels are expensive. You will be replacing toys every few weeks. And no, buying indestructible toys isn't an option. Why, you may ask? Well they need to have an outlet for their energy, or you could have a very depressed bird. They need things to shred, chew and destroy. This includes toys made from seagrass, cardboard, paper & wood. Aswell as natural branches and perches which they could also very possibly chew. 📎Not all birds will talk! Yes, you can play with it, repeat phrases over & over, but your cockatiel may just never care to repeat it. No matter how much time and effort you put in, some birds will never talk. 📎They are prey animals, so they are all capable of biting! This is a worry for young children. Even the tamest handraised bird will bite if they are scared, injured or they don't trust you. Prey animals should never be forced to bond with you, this will only make them miserable & scared. 📎They are big commitment! Cockatiels can live for 16-25 years with proper care, so this needs to be kept in mind! With these cons in mind, there are also pros! Some can be very affectionate, they are loving, & have amazing personalities. If you want to learn about their diet, cage requirements, etc. Go to my 2 page careguide pinned on my page. 🏅Best mamma award🏅 goes to Willow💓 These aren't her babies, her litter was weaned today, but another female mamma got sick so I decided to take her off her babies and gave them to Willow as a surrogate. She took them in instantly. Badger (this litters real mum) is recovering with anti biotics & will appreciate the break. Good girl Willow 💕
