Our Story

Paw Seasons Cavoodle Retreat offers boutique dog minding at Cobaki Lakes, which is just over the border in NSW, and a 10 min drive from the M1 and Gold Coast Airport.

We started minding Cavoodles in 2015, as we had three gorgeous Cavoodle fur kids of our own, and we wanted to provide a safe and fun ‘home away from home’ for their Cavoodle friends while their pawrents went on holidays.

We always treat our guests like part of the family... they receive the same care and love as our girls Lucy (12 yr.) and Sasha (8.5 yr.). Sadly, our boy Oscar (10 yr.) crossed the rainbow bridge in May 2019 :( We only mind a limited number of guests at the one time as we want them all to receive lots of attention!

Our guests always have a fun filled holiday! We go for daily nature walks down the hill, usually in the morning (weather permitting). Our guests may even see some cows and kangaroos in the paddocks along the way! For a change of scenery our guests can go on a beachfront adventure walk (extra fee). Our fenced yard (star pickets and mesh) is a great size for playtime. In the warmer months our guests can swim in our lagoon pool, splash about in the beach entry, or hang out poolside! They can also relax on the couch in our living room if that’s what they prefer to do. Bed time is usually in the guest suite with Michelle, or wherever they feel comfortable.
