Surly someone out there is looking for that, been there, done that, something that takes the stress out of stressage. Ted is really really sweet man. And just a real gentleman in every way. Just because he is educated up to Advanced doesn’t mean he wouldn’t be happy cruising around novice. He just needs a new human to love him.

The time has come for Ted to find his next human to help teach the ropes of the dressage world and have some/lots of fun as well .

It was so wonderful to be back out competing on Saturday.
I took two ponies, Nip who is one of my Tassie kids, he was a little hot for the first test but worked well in the next and then super in the last, and the other I took was a clients horse Jazz, wow he has some real s***k about him.
It was a great day and certainly kicked some goals. Even managed a couple of placings☺️.

So with things starting to settle after moving, it’s time for new beds to be made up for fat, dirty ponies to come back into work, getting ready for some competitions in 2023. 🥳

So it’s happened, we have packed our bags and moved.
We have moved to a beautiful property in Yeo that over looks Colac and the Lake.
Not only with beautiful views and great undulating hills, creeks and endless amount of grass, this place has wonderful stables, yards, indoor round yard and amazing horse paddocks.
In the new year once I have settled in, I will start taking on horse for clients again, and teaching.

Want to do something extra to help your four legged friend or just have a play with them on these wet cold days with out riding? Why not try the good old carrot stretches?

Maybe you could share some photos of your horses bowing their flexibility

I have been recommended to do them when the horse is warm or if they are cold, try not to ask too much of a stretch.

⭐️Please be careful though not to loose a finger, and if you have any questions or concerns re the stretches, I suggest you contact you horses body work person or vet.⭐️

A trip down memory lane.

So after some time playing with my own ponies and having some good old me time, I have decided it’s time that I open my doors back up to outside horses. I can only take a few at a time due to limited space.
I will be still operating from my old farm, now know as “Shady Haven Equestrian Centre”, so still the same facilities (actually better with lights on the arena undercover tie-ups and a good hot wash) and access to the the otways for hours of bush riding.
