I have paid for a puppy and for crate to transport but the delivery company say they can’t deliver without their pet insurance I spend all my money including money for my medical treatment and groceries as the crate is refundable once dog is delivered so I thought I would have it back soon but now I have no way to afford the insurance and if I don’t pay it they will put my puppy in quarantine for 9 months the pet insurance is $1900
