Tilly (pictured front) is also retiring from breeding. She is in perfect and we are looking to re-home her. She is just over 2yrs of age.
Tilly is a very active dog and will require a high energy family. This beautiful female never stops, she doesn’t know how to sit still lol.
As responsible breeders our aim is to breed pups that have a non shedding coat that’s easy to manage and care for, but more importantly the temperament and nature is mostly governing our breeding practices.
Tilly has a wonderful temperament and nature and a non shedding coat, she ticks all the boxes bar 1. She is way too active and full on to to continue as a breeder for what we desire. An active and very excitable character will flow down to the pups she breeds.
Our breeding practices desire to tick all boxes and a calmer aspect of her temperament is something I don’t feel that can be harnessed with age for our much loved Tilly.
Most females mature and calm down after having a litter. 30mins after giving birth naturally to her first litter she grabs the tennis ball and drops it at Kattrina’s feet ready to play ball.
I do remember Kattrina commenting “Tilly you have gotta be kidding me” lol.
This dog will play ball and fetch and drop it at your feet every time and I have no doubt you will tire way before she does.
She is one of a kind that will absolutely give that special family so much joy and good memories. She is also a very good guard dog and will bark if anyone comes near the yard or house.
We will miss her dearly and things won’t be the same without her but as a breeding female we have decided to desex her and make her available to a family that can give her the attention she needs.
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

Looking to re-home “Coco” one of our females. She was born in 2019 and is 4yrs of age. She is an F1 Australian Labradoodle and has Standard Poodle linage in her bloodlines, hence the tight curl fleece coat.
A maximum of 3 litters is all our breeding females have. Coco has successfully birthed and cared for 3 litters, so her time as a breeding female has come to a close.
She has a soft gentle nature and is good with children and other animals. She is a dominant female with other dogs and is also a very good guard dog being protective of her home and yard.
She has a deep loud bark but when confronted I’m sure flight would be her option as she is not aggressive toward humans at all.
She deserves a nice home now to retire from breeding and enjoy the companionship of a new forever home.
As breeders unfortunately we can’t keep all of our breeding dogs post retirement, although we would like too, it’s just not possible living in a residential lot, we are limited to 3 dogs only within our local council area.
We have decided to keep a male from the most recent litter born 20th April 2023, meaning our much loved Coco needs a new loving home.
Our intention is to have her desexed and recovered prior to departure.
Thanks and Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

An update from Julie and Joe from Ourimbah NSW. Puppy was named Koli and has settle in well.
Puppies and adults dogs may also suffer from motion sickness as humans do. Most often they grow out of this as they get older.
Putting the window down to get fresh air can often help, never feed your canine prior to travelling if they are susceptible to motion sickness and regular stops for a quick stretch will also help reduce vomiting in the car.
Thanks for the photos Julie

Amarlee Australian Labradoodles is pleased to announce a successful mating of our next litter. Joined 16th December 2022 pups will be born February 2023. They will be 8 weeks roughly mid April 2023 and ready for their forever homes if all goes to plan. It’s early days and anything can happen so let’s pray for a smooth pregnancy and whelping. According to the DNA testing, both parents have the ability to throw a range of colours(chocolate, white, red, black) it will be interesting what colours they produce as this is the first time these two have been paired together. 2 puppies from this litter have already been secured by their new owners, which will have pick of the litter according to the time they made a commitment to offer a puppy a loving home. As you can see our beloved canines have had their fury winter coats removed in preparation for the warmer months.
Thanks again
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

Colleen from the ACT sent through an update on the very handsome “Jasper”. At 6 months of age he just received his first clip and visit to the dog groomer. I really love the new haircut and will be nice and comfortable for summer in his new outfit. Jasper is another beautiful Amarlee Australian Labradoodle.
We recommend holding out to the 6 month mark before their first clip. If cut too early it can affect their coat. So very well done Colleen he looks amazing and thank you so much for sharing with us
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

Yesterday is the milestone week 4 of the lives of these babies. Today they get their nails clipped and receive their fortnightly worm treatment. Every 2 weeks in our care the pups get wormed. Worms can dramatically effect the health of a puppy and this treatment is very important for dogs of all ages. We use Drontal suspension liquid wormer for puppies at this age. Unfortunately like all treatments they receive, they do not like the taste.
Hope you enjoy watching the journey of these pups as they grow and develop.
Kind regards,
Jamie & Kattrina.

Pleased to announce we have found wonderful homes for 8 of the 10 puppies born in the latest litter.
Only 2 gorgeous baby girls remain and are still looking for their forever homes.
The photos often do not depict the true nature of their accurate colour in real life. In overcast or indoor lighting they seem to look much darker than they are. What we are seeing is a Cadbury milk chocolate colour. And the photos of my 2 larger girls also pictured is how I imagine them to look as adolescents and adults.
One of the girls has a white mark on her chin and upper neck. The other has a small white mark on her chin and white toes on her hind paws.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to make enquires.
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

I would like to share another amazing story with the latest Amarlee Australian Labradoodle litter that has 4 week old puppies that will go to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age.
For those of you that are following this page we put up a recent post of 3 of our puppies going to their new homes in Victoria. 2 neighbours and a friend (Lisa, Mardi and Angela). These siblings will get to play and grow together around Ringwood/Croydon North, Victoria.
It seems history repeats.
Last night Joanna and her daughter Vayia from Pagewood NSW contacted us in regards to a male puppy.
We spoke via FaceTime and the ladies got the view the 3 remaining males in real time. They decided to offer the puppy on the left, a light coloured male with darker ears a wonderful home and wish to name him “Zeus”
Today Anna from Pagewood NSW made contact by phone enquiring about the last 2 males. Anna made a commitment to take the darker apricot male with a white mark on his head.
Anna also decided to take the last remaining male in the middle of all photos for her parents as a surprise.
Anna is Joanna’s sister in law and is Vayia’s Aunty.
All 3 of these beautiful little boys are going to the same family. They will meet and play and grow together. Once again they will have their own lives but will possibly get to see each other throughout their lives.
We are so so happy with this outcome. Not only once but this has now happened twice.
A very big thank you to Joanna, Vayia and Anna.
This outcome makes our heart melt and can’t thank you enough 🐶🐶🐶❤️
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

These are my girls. Dogs have always been part of our life. Couldn’t imagine life without them. They are such a loyal and loving creature. My children grew up with dogs as did I. Even in the early days when I was breeding purebred standard poodles my children were very much a part of it.
Kattrina and myself have 9 children between us ranging from 23 to 10yrs of age.
The White Standard Poodle “Jimmy” was my first standard poodle. He was such a gentle giant. The poodle coat is really hard to maintain needs constant attention. The main reason for transitioning into breeding Australian Labradoodles is primarily the coat is far easier to manage but still retains all the fantastic attributes the standard poodle has intelligent, beautiful temperament and nature. There is a difference between the UK/US labradoodle and the Australian Labradoodles that we breed. Hopefully this link below can clarify a few questions.
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.

The faces behind Amarlee Australian Labradoodles.
A special thanks to the hard work Kattrina puts in each and every litter. She works tirelessly mostly raising these puppies almost single handedly. She also works a day job. Recently made a career change from aged care to office administration in Cowra NSW, Kattrina’s home town.
I work long hours managing and operating a local crane company in Young NSW my home town. I leave early and often get home late.
I do what I can to help but mostly the bulk of the work is done before I get home. I commute to Young daily from Cowra for work.
The first 3 weeks of each litter is very taxing on us both. Every 3-4hours hot water bottles. Constantly checking to make sure mum is not laying on pups and accidentally suffocating them, mum needs a toilet break and to be let out of the house every few hours, mum also gets a lot of smaller meals every few hours, puppy rotation with big litters to ensure all puppies are getting ample amounts milk, often more puppies than lactating ni***es available, and the sleep deprivation is a real drain. We rarely get a normal sleep pattern at all for 3 weeks solid. Broken sleep and fatigue. We set alarms and take it in turns at getting up. Kattrina often lets me get more sleep than herself due to my travel and long hours. But it’s all worth it as we get a tremendous amount of joy from it despite the hard work involved.
The reason these puppies are so well adjusted and affectionate, is the time Kattrina and the kids spend with the puppies and parents in my absence.
Kattrina is passionate about caring for all animals great and small. She often gets upset if I kill a spider 🕷
I couldn’t imagine taking this journey without Kattrina, it means a lot to us that we give these puppies and our adult family pets all the love and care we possibly can.
So a big thank you to Kattrina ❤️ and the kids for the hard work you put in allowing us to provide others with such beautiful puppies.
Kind regards,
Jamie xo

Tanika’s Amarlee Labradoodle puppy named “Wolley” lives in Morphett Vale, SA. He made the journey to South Australia with a canine transport company. He also lives with a 1 & 3 year old and is fantastic with the children. Thanks for the updates and kind feedback, much appreciated Tanika. These puppies were raised in our home with lots of love. This story actually brang us all to tears !!!
David and Rebecca from Murrumbaitman made enquires about the possibility of finding a puppy for their daughter Anna. Anna’s birthday was approaching and they felt Anna would adore a puppy in her life to cuddle and love.
David and Rebecca made the trip to Cowra a week earlier and picked a puppy for Anna without her knowing.
The following week Rebecca asked Anna to get into the car as we are going for coffee and don’t ask questions 🤔
Almost 90minutes later they arrived in Cowra and met Kattrina and myself at MacDonalds.
Anna went to the rest room and on her return we were talking to Rebecca and David near the park.
Anna says “hello”, David and Rebecca introduced us to Anna. Anna says “cute puppy”.
Kattrina offered Anna the puppy and said “I’m glad you like her, she is yours”
Anna burst into tears and was in a state of joy and shock all at the same time. Anna dropped to her knees with tears of joy and her new puppy in her arms.
We all had tears in our eyes. It was such a magical moment and a beautiful happy reaction. I turned to Kattrina, Dave and Rebecca and said, “And that is what drives us to do it. To breed beautiful puppies that make a positive impact on the lives of others”
I will remember that encounter for many years to come. It was so heart warming.
Anna named her baby girl “Tilly” after her mother.
Thanks again Anna, David and Rebecca for the wonderful memories ❤️🐶
Kind regards,
Jamie and Kattrina.
