A paddock becoming available late March - Full Care Agistment ($150/week) for a suitable horse and owner. No DIY.

I have a paddock becoming available shortly for a suitable horse and owner. Property located at the end of a quiet dirt road, just off the Westernport Highway in Cranbourne South. Small boutique agistment property with only a limited number of horses on agistment.

Facilities include:
60x25m Alligo Fibre Arena with lights
Electric fencing
Loose box in each paddock
Self waterer in each paddock
Stable area to tie up
Hot and Cold wash
Electronic secured front gate
Metal feed bin available for use (3 compartments)
Tack and Feed area
Toilet
No jumping facilities
Trail at the front gate.

Horse's fed morning and night with your feed and/or hay (owner to pre-make)
Rugs and fly masks morning and night.

Property owner works on-site, with many years experience in the horse industry. If you are interested please send a DM.

Facilities include:

Electric fencing
Loose box in each paddock
Self waterer in each paddock
Stable area to tie up
Hot and Cold wash
Electronic secured front gate
Metal feed bin available for use (3 compartments)
Tack and Feed area
Toilet
No jumping facilities (sorry)
Trail at the front gate.
