I’ve always felt that helping some pet charities and quietly making contributions without the need for acknowledgment was sufficient. However, recently, a local customer expressed concerns about the abundance of scam websites online, sharing experiences of ordering from a pet website that never shipped. This experience left him feeling fearful and more cautious.
Inspired by this customer‘s story, we have now added a section to our website where we showcase our sponsorship and donations to pet charities over the years. We include screenshots of official posts to verify our social credibility and the authenticity of our business. Over the past three years, we have made numerous donations to such non-profit pet rescue organisations, although there have been times when we may have forgotten to keep detailed records.

While the saying goes, ”Do good deeds without seeking recognition,“ but in today’s tumultuous world of online shopping, we can only express our values and culture positively and confidently. After all, it‘s only by demonstrating our honesty, integrity, and positive impact on society that we can garner more support from customers, regardless of their location.
