🍄Yesterday we made this cute Alice in Wonderland themed cake for our friends from Project Underdog Rescue Inc.
🎩 I love getting lost in custom cake decorating, with the well accepted challenge each time to create a stunning one WITHOUT artificial colours or flavours, sugar sprinkles and doggy fondant (which is about as healthy as human one.).
💜How do you know? Check ingredients, ask what it is. All natural, organic, healthy, superfood are fancy little words but if the product has screaming colours and is battered in 100‘s & 1000‘s… well ask questions. Or go to 7/11 and buy a human donut. If you know your ingredients, this requests should in no way be a problem. 🍄
🍄For this cake I used for example a mix out of beetroot, charcoal, turmeric, blue & green spirulina (all ACO certified organic). The hat on top is a pupcake base dipped in green spirulina dyed yoghurt buds.
