As we close our office for the holiday period and prepare to reopen in January, we’d like to sincerely thank our clients, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and the many local companies and contractors we work alongside.

We’d like to acknowledge the new speed limit recently introduced in town. From our office, we’ve unfortunately witnessed a number of accidents out the front, and we believe this change is an important step toward improving safety for drivers, pedestrians, and local businesses.

We encourage everyone to please take note of the updated speed limit, slow down, and stay alert. Especially through this busy area.

Thank You to Everyone Who Made the West Tamar Community Carols So Special!

We were proud to sponsor the West Tamar Community Carols at the Exeter Showgrounds last night! A huge thank you to all the wonderful people behind the scenes from the organisers and volunteers to the performers who filled the night with festive cheer.

Although the weather kept some folks away, it was heartwarming to see everyone who came along enjoying the music, the atmosphere, and the community spirit. 🎶❤️

Meet Devo, 🤗

A long-standing resident of Roberts Tamar Valley for an impressive seven years. Now in his golden era at 13 years old, this dignified gentleman has perfected the art of comfort—especially when it involves claiming the couch. We adore seeing him during our regular inspections; it’s always clear that his mum and dad cherish him endlessly and spoil him just as he deserves.

As a true whippet, Devo is dedicated to his life’s greatest passion: burrowing under a blanket, ideally wedged snugly between his beloved humans. In his younger days, back when the family lived deep in the forest, Devo was an adventurous hunter, disappearing for days at a time and returning home tired, triumphant, and thoroughly pleased with his escapades.

Now, he enjoys a plush, peaceful lifestyle in a beautiful home overlooking the Tamar River. It’s hard to believe whippets can be such spirited hunters when they’re so gentle, affectionate, and wonderfully calm around people and other pets. Devo has adored his various feline brothers over the years—so much so that they often curled up and slept right on top of him.

These days, the wild roaming is behind him, replaced with the simple joy of cosy blanket life—a pastime perfectly suited to Tasmanian living. And honestly? We think he’s nailed it.
