NOT my usual kind of post this, but we are seriously trying to help my brother in law....who has stage 4 cancer
Please share this and let us get him the treatment he needs as soon as possible
Calling all friends and family in SOUTH AFRICA or elsewhere who have connections in RSA
As some of you may know, Ivan's brother has cancer, stage 4 oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
Despite chemo etc, he is still very ill, and has found a Dr who can help him, in Pretoria.
The thing is, 3 months treatment costs R655 000. The clinic has given David a fundraising letter, which I am happy to email to anyone who is prepared to help, which explains the cancer, the treatment, survival rate, and how the funding works.
ALL donations are tax refundable, which is a great bonus, and I am asking everyone who either owns a business, or knows of business's, to please forward this letter to them, so David can get treatment as soon as possible.
This amount does not include travel from Nelspruit to Pretoria. Thankfully accommodation has been offered by a dear family friend, but that, as is life, can also change due to circumstances etc. So if anyone wants to make any private donations towards his travel, I will put you in contact with David directly as this is APART from the R655 000 for the treatment.
If you find it in your heart in anyway to help, please pm your email address, so I can forward you the letter.
This is where he will be going

We really would appreciate all the help we can get, as the chances for him to have a better quality of life with this treatment is very high, and after one transfusion he told Ivan he hadn't felt that good in 2 years,( but, he is still very sick).
Be blessed, and be a blessing
