As a small business No shows really affect us! We booked our appointments to accommodate a one on one grooming spot for the comfort of your pet.
Reminders are sent out 24hrs before your grooming appointment and I understand life happens and plans change but please call or send a message to let me know! Waiting around for clients to turn up is simply a horrible feeling.
Grooming in a small local community is hard for any business to survive! If you want to continue to utilise my services please have the curtesy of sending a simple text message. Clients who no show will not be offered a follow up appointment! My time is important please don’t waste it!
