Hello everybody, Lars and Vena here, just returned from Bali. In the last few years we have been there numerous times. A big hello to all of our valued customers hoping their pets are keeping warm and doing well in this cold weather.
We have made the hard decision to raise our boarding rates by an additional $3.00 per day and hope this will still be accepted by all the customers supporting us so faithfully in the past years.
The increase effective from the 1st August 2024 is purely been from outside sources which we have tried to absorb.
Any bookings taken before the 1st August will be as quoted at the time of booking.
Looking forward to seeing you all back here at Clancy's in the future.
Our sliding scale of rates will still be applicable for example longer you stay the lesser the daily rate.

Here at Clancy's we always ensure that we have got the air-conditioner, lighting and tv on for the animals all the time, which even means when we have lost power we manage to keep it going with our 2 back up generators.
