Completed job of 6 line ring lock, 2 barb and 4 plain wires with star posts at 3 meters apart on Corella Rd, Manilla.
Our fencing gear will be back in the Inverell area in June.

Fresh morning start. 🌄
When strainers won’t go in the ground far enough from extremely hard or rocky ground we go to extra efforts and spike the base and weld the star post to the strainer to prevent strainers and ends lifting.
No one wants a lifted gate that won’t open. 👊🏼

Currently fencing at Manilla on Corella Rd.
6 line ring lock, 3 barb wires and 3 plain wires.
A few gully anchors where water will put pressure on the fence in heavy rain and flooding.

When strainers won’t go in the ground far enough from extremely hard or rocky ground we go to extra efforts and spike the base to prevent strainers lifting.
This was a gateway so we went with three star picket spikes.
We dig around the bottom to make sure they are in far enough under ground level, weld them to the strainer post, cover them up with a bit of dirt and it’s not noticeable at all.
This also help’s prevents movement in soft black soil country.

We have our young fella Tyler, out of the school books and on the fence line for a couple of days.

Hopefully he will be promoted from a barb tier to welding endesembellies and swinging gates by the time he is 14. 😂

Old Fence pulled down, all the gear thrown out for tomorrow to hook in and stand up some kilometres.

It’s been a cracking view for the past couple of months. Built a bunch of pens suitable for dogs and livestock.
Chicken mesh fence with 5 plain wires.
Now onto Manilla for a few weeks before coming back to Inverell.

We have finished this job out on the Elsmore Rd. Built some pens, suitable for dogs & livestock with 5 plain wires and chicken mesh.
Yesterday we loaded the tractor and moved the gear to Manilla for a few weeks.
On to the next one. 🤙🏽
