your Maltese puppy came to us in a wire crate which is not qualified enough to ship a puppy. But since the outbreak of COVID-19, The International Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA) strongly suggests that all Pet Shipping Agents and pet owners who are relocating or traveling with their pets must ship them only in qualified Air-conditioned dog Travel carriers. This is a special crate which guarantees the safety of your pet on and off the shipment until delivery is completed. The carrier crate usually costs $2200 at the create store. To make it easier for our customers, since not every one of them is aware of the new law, we decided to go on an agreement with a crate store which has made the situation very favorable to our customers. We agreed with the crate rentals that, every client who intends to ship a pet will only need to make a refundable deposit equivalent to half the cost price of the crate at their store. So you are required to make a deposit of ($500) to them just to use their crate which is a qualified crate and best for the safety of your puppy during this shipping process. Then upon reception of your puppy, Our delivery agent shall refund to you the sum of ($475) then take the crate back to the crate store. The crate fee is 95% refundable and the money will be handed to you cash in hand or immediately transferred to you account by our delivery agent.

We want you to understand that this is not an additional cost. This crate fee is refundable upon delivery. The Total deposit you need to make is $500, out of which $475 will be refunded to you upon delivery

Due to scammers ect it’s affecting a lot of our sales, So I’ve came up with an idea depending on numbers I was thinking of going to Sydney and Brisbane once a month with puppies so people can choose there puppy on the day we go and take them home the same day.
