Lead Walk ❤ So often people get a puppy and allow the puppy to run around all day, as their exercise. Then wait until 16 weeks (4 months old!) To try walk on lead
☑ Take your puppy out day one for exposure. Even if you have to carry them. From 8 week old exposure to create GOOD life experiences
☑ DON'T come in contact with other dogs or people on lead. 10% of the time humans can touch or condition food reward then pat from stranger
☑ Dogs can smells before they touch. Meeting on lead can lead to a lead reactive dog or pulling on lead. Can meet one on one at park, play date, pack walk
☑ Your puppy walking next to you NOT pulling on leash, NOT walking out in front of you from day one. So you can build up follow pack drive and advocate
☑ Then when on a long lead, at the beach, park or toy play they can run around explore and condition a 10m radius for recall and off lead structure
☑ So your dog or puppy knows what's expected of then in different situations. 1.8m leash, 10m leash, Off leash. Not running over to other dogs. Walk next to you
