I'll be honest, I completely forgot to post on Christmas day 😅 so...Merry Christmas!

Anyway, back to work tomorrow!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time off with my family. It's still school holidays so I will have my kids (Nash and Lavender) with me some days. They both love dogs as much as I do.

I'm still booking out a month or two in advance so it's best to stay at least two bookings in advance. I appreciate all of my clients choosing me to look after their pups grooming needs.

Hey everyone,

It's that time of year that I say that I'm booked out until next year and everyone that hasn't booked, freaks out.

My last few posts did warn everyone about this happening!

I don't often get cancellations as people know they can't get in again so I don't keep a cancellation list.

So unfortunately if you missed out, you'll have to find another groomer until next year.

I will be on holidays from the 20th of December until the 6th of January and that first week back is almost completely booked.

Get ready to be bombarded with xmas themed photos of your dogs over the next couple of months. I love playing with AI backgrounds.

Everyone please meet my new addition to my family, Widow the Rottweiler.

She will be joining me at work sometimes whilst she's little. She's very smoochy so all of my clients are welcome to cover her in kisses.

Henry is a weekly client of mine so I'm sure he and Widow will become great friends.

Hey guys, the weather is warming up, much to my dismay, (summer temperatures in winter is criminal) so that means everyone is trying to book their dogs in. I am now booked out until late September.

I wasn't joking when I said I'll start booking out in advance. When I was mobile previously, I was booked three months in advance at all times and wasn't taking new clients. It's getting that way again.

Please ensure you have future appointments in place, otherwise you will miss out. I rarely get cancellations so it's not really worth asking to be on a cancellation list.

If you're not on a permanent schedule or booking your next appointment at your current appointment, you will most likely miss out on the day you want. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Hello everybody,

Just a reminder to start booking your appointments in advance. I'm currently booked out until after Easter.
I have been letting my clientele grow organically this time as advertising swamps me with people too quickly.

When I was mobile previously, I was booked solid four months in advance and didn't take a new client for the last 1.5 years. If clients didn't have at least two future appointments booked in advance, I couldn't fit them in anywhere. While it was great to be that busy, it is stressful and I had nowhere to reschedule clients.

I have hardly advertised this time around and I'm pretty much relying on word of mouth to get business so that it doesn't explode. BUT I will get to that point again so you will either need to be on a permanent schedule or book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
