ATTENTION: posting on behalf of my fellow BC Breeders.

For some reason, many breeders are the being left with male puppies because everyone wants girls?

While I love Cali (Shhh don't tell her I'm about to say this ) I MUCH prefer the males in this breed.

I love a cuddly, smothering, up in your grills 24/7 type of dog... and in Border Collies, that is our gorgeous males. They are major sooks!

Do not let the myth of; boys are dirty - they p*e everywhere, put you off having a male! It's just not true - If I'm honest, I think cali has marked more then Richie πŸ˜‘

Our dogs spend the majority of their time inside with us and if this were true, my house would be covered in dog urine πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
Remember.. Richie is not desexed and still doesn't p*e inside or on our outdoor furniture, he knows where he should be toileting πŸ™ŒπŸ‘

Now, I'm not saying females don't love affection or attention, they just prefer their own space. The females are much more independent.They MUST be in the same room as you, but.. they prefer their own space or cushion on the couch 😏 They don't tend to smother you like the boys do.

The breed in general are very loyal and love to be with, or around you 24/7. If you prefer a dog that loves a cuddle but still gives you space then a female is for you. If your like me, and wish to be annoyed and smothered ALL the time, we would always suggest a BOY πŸ’™

Keep in mind - every dog is different and this can be the complete opposite for some, although, this is how we find the majority of the breed - Written by Reegan BevanπŸ˜„

Zoe is excelling in Obedience having just graduated and now starting level 4 😬

It's very important when you are looking to purchase a puppy from a breeder that you are educated as to what should be tested in the breed ensuring you are getting a healthy puppy.

Genetic tests are updating frequently and it's vital that breeders are also keeping their breeding dogs up to date with new current testing that becomes available to us.

Any breeder who tells you they don't need to test because they have never had an issue is one you need to run far away from, it's not worth taking a risk on your beloved puppy to have a potentially life impacting disease all because of an irresponsible breeder.

Do your homework and ask questions!

Alot of us work together in the breed and we are more then happy to point you in the direction of ethical breeders we recommend. While we may not have puppies available this year we are certainly happy to help you in your search or answer any questions you may have❣
