My Competition Scent Dog Training program came about when I was looking for something to do with my Detection Dogs as they come closer to retirement from operational duties. I am always looking for something for them to do to stay mentally and physically active.
I found this fantastic sport (nosework) is becoming very popular here in Australia and started training one of my retired Detection Dogs and she loves it!
As she was already of the understanding about searching all I had to do was ‘imprint’ her to the new odours and she now has a fantastic time ‘searching’ for her odour with NO PRESSURE! and we both are loving it!

I have been handling and training professionally for about 10 years now and have ‘tweaked’ my training program to suit all dogs no matter breed, age, or temperament. So now your dog can join in have a bunch of fun as well!
