WHAT
· We will hold monthly rallies for members to enjoy a variety of learning opportunities through a diverse range of equine disciplines.
· We will engage a variety of instructors and experts whose method of teaching, instructing and demonstrating, is positive and encouraging for participants.
· We will provide opportunities for club members and members of the wider community to compete in a variety of equine sporting events including, Showing, Show-jumping, Dressage, Games, Equitation and Games.

· We will uphold a culture where diversity is valued, individuals are respected and inclusion and participation is encouraged.
· We will provide meaningful and fun activities for all members, including riding and non-riding members through communication and sharing of information, knowledge and wisdom.
· We will engage and seek feedback from club members and with members of the community, we will be open and adaptable to comments and feedback.
· We will collaborate with local community organisations and businesses.
WHY (OUTCOMES)
· Participants will increase their knowledge and understanding of horsemanship.
· Club members and community members will build friendships and bonds within the club, the wider community and with our beloved horses and ponies.
· Club members will develop an appreciation and respect for each other and our horses and ponies.
· Participants will gain self-confidence and independence through responsibility, improved skills and a sense of belonging.
